Palm Beach Bachelorette Guide

A PALM BEACH BACH

After having quite a few people reach out for recs after my trip I realized the internet was in dire need of a Palm Beach Bachelorette Guide. The bride admitted even Pinterest was of no help when she was trying to plan the weekend. Hopefully you all find this helpful in planning an amazing weekend in Palm Beach!

WHERE TO STAY

Vacation Rentals

For our group of 9 girls we decided to get a vacation rental. I love the house option for bachelorette parties because it makes things like getting ready and the downtime even more fun. Brings me back to my sorority days… Having a pool was also especially nice. Although our days were packed with activities, we got to enjoy some time lounging around (aka champagne breakfast) in the morning.

When searching for a house I’d suggest finding rentals that are close proximity to Worth Avenue and Clematis Street. These are the two areas you’ll likely be spending the most time on your Palm Beach Bachelorette.

A lot of you have asked about the house we stayed in. Here it is on Homeaway.

Hotels

There are tons of hotels in Palm Beach and essentially all have pools for some down time with your group. Here are a few at different price points.

Reasonable

Hilton West Palm Beach

Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown

Boujee

The Breakers

The Colony

WHERE TO EAT

Buccan Just off of Royal Palm way this trendy spot was my favorite dinner of the trip. They easily accommodated our large group and our waiter was loving our Palm Betch Bach vibes. I’m still thinking about the seared scallops with black truffle risotto. Dead.

Avocado Grill Honestly what is more basic than a restaurant based around avocados? (See avocado marg). Needless to say this was the perfect brunch spot for our group. Get the guac, obviously.

Pizza Al Fresco After strolling Worth Avenue we wandered through a courtyard into the chic Real Housewives-style oasis that is Pizza Al Fresco. From the Whispering Angel Rosé (@LisaRinna) to the multiple instagram-perfect pizzas, this place was lunchtime bliss.

A few other Palm Beach favorites to consider:

  • Circle at The Breakers
  • Seafood Bar at The Breakers
  • Sant Ambroeus

Chef Sue Do like the housewives do and hire a private chef! We had the AMAZING Chef Sue over on Saturday night so we could live our best lives as #RHOPB. She started us off with some stuffed mushrooms and the most extra cheeseboard I’ve ever seen. Our chicken piccata entree was followed by homemade whipped cream and REAL key lime pie. Seriously the coziest, most memorable dinner I may ever have. And I mean, how freaking cute is Chef Sue???

WHAT TO DO

Polo Lounge at The Colony Hotel We had the TIME of our lives here. Palm leaf wallpaper,  the MOST chic decor plus the gorgeous poolside bar. It felt like we stepped into the pages of a Gray Malin book. You can grab a bite to eat here and if you have one too many cocktails you may find yourself fully clothed on an inflatable pool flamingo like our bride did!

Worth Avenue Gucci Gucci, Louis Louis, Fendi Fendi, Prada… Worth Avenue has it all plus the palm trees. We strolled down the shops and small boutiques along this avenue before popping into lunch at Pizza Al Fresco.

HMF at The Breakers Whoop it up with drinks at HMF. This VERY glam hotel makes the perfect spot for before or after dinner drinks.

The Beach This is a pretty obvious option. There are a few public beach access areas throughout the island.

A popular area for nightlife and day drinking is Clematis Street. Here are a few bars in that area and other surrounding areas that we went to during the day and night:

  • Cucina
  • Banko Cantina Rooftop
  • Camelot
  • HG Roosters (highly recommend the Saturday night drag show)
  • Bradleys Saloon
  • Roxys

Hey! I am planning a bachelorette party in West Palm and just came across your post. It has been so helpful. Thank you so much! One question- would you recommend the vrbo that you stayed at? We are struggling to find a house in a decent area that also has a pool. If so, would you mind sharing the link? Thanks so much!

Hi! No you don’t have to stay at the hotels to enjoy their bar/lounge areas. We went to the Colony during the day and walked back to the pool/lounge/bar area for drinks and bites. No need to pay for entry. Essentially just like a usual restaurant or casual bar. Same with the Breakers we made our way to their HMF bar for cocktails before we went to dinner elsewhere. Hope that’s helpful! Feel free to email me if you have other questions!
